The core guide works without a connection. Support begins with simple on-device steps and separates app questions from urgent, safeguarding and operational matters.
Clear local state
Close the app, clear its Android app data or uninstall it. Backup and device transfer are disabled and there is no remote account.
App and privacy questions
Use admin@dalefieldhockey.co.nz and identify Turf Relay: Dalefield. Do not send unnecessary sensitive youth, health or incident detail.
